论教师在阅读教学中的地位和作用

【摘要】 随着教育改革的逐步深入,学生的主体地位开始逐渐凸显,教师的地位也在这一过程中发生了相应的变化。当前阅读教学中,有些地区对于改革的理解存在偏颇,教师的作用逐步下降,甚至出现空白,但教师在阅读教学中仍然占有重要地位,发挥着重要作用。学生是“学”的主体,而教师是“教”的主体,突出学生地位并不意味着教师主体地位的改变,阅读教学应该是新形势下学生和教师双主体共同作用、共同推动的一种新的教学模式。 本文分三章来阐述教师在阅读教学中的地位和作用。 绪论部分是关于本篇论文的研究缘起、研究意义、研究方法和文献综述,阐述了为什么要研究这一课题,以及研究有什么样的意义和作用等。 第一章是语文教师在阅读教学中的地位分析,从目前教师在阅读教学中的地位分析和关于阅读活动和阅读教学中主体地位的辨析两方面进行阐述。分析了目前随着教育改革的深入,阅读教学中出现的问题。关于阅读活动和阅读教学中主体的辨析,本章对教学主体和主体性原则进行阐述,阐明教师在教学中依然是不可替代的角色。论证了教师和学生在阅读中的不同角色,学生是阅读的主体,教师是教学的主体,两者之间不是对立的,应该是一种互相成就,互相学习的双向关系。 第二章是教师在阅读教学中的作用。本章从教材把握和教学层面两个方面展开论述。教师在阅读教学中要从宏观角度把握教材,整体认识教材的编写意图,了解教材和课标的对应,以及认识教材双线并行的编排结构,正确把握教材的单元组合,并深入分析教材中的文体特色。在教学层面,教师要基于核心素养制定教学目标,依据学习任务群做好教学设计,以学生为主体实施教学过程,坚持多元化原则完成教学评价。 第三章是实际阅读教学中的案例实操。本章选取了一篇单篇阅读——《林教头风雪山神庙》和整本书阅读——《红楼梦》两个例子。在《林教头风雪山神庙》阅读教学案例中,本章从整体把握、教学目标制定、任务群为核心的教学设计和多元化教学评价四个方面进行展示。《红楼梦》整本书阅读教学案例中,本章从整本书阅读倒读策略、学习任务指导、个性化教学设计和测评体系四个方面进行展示。 文章最后对于此次研究进行了总结,希望能为阅读教学提供一些研究思路。
【Abstract】 With the gradual deepening of education reform,the main position of students has gradually become prominent.In this process,the position of teachers has changed.In some areas,the understanding of reform is biased,and the position of teachers in reading teaching is gradually receding or even missing.However,teachers play an important role in reading teaching.Students are the main body of "learning",while teachers are the main body of "teaching".Highlighting students' status does not mean the change of teachers' main body status.In the new situation,reading teaching should be a new teaching mode that students and teachers work together to promote. This article is divided into three chapters to elaborate the position and role of teachers in reading teaching. The introduction part is about the research origin,research significance,research methods and literature review of this paper,explaining why we should study this topic,and what significance and role the research has. The first chapter is the analysis of the status of Chinese teachers in reading teaching,which is elaborated from two aspects:the analysis of the current status of teachers in reading teaching and the discrimination of reading activities and the main body status in reading teaching.This paper analyzes the problems in reading teaching with the deepening of educational reform.With regard to the discrimination between reading activities and subjects in reading teaching,this chapter expounds the principles of teaching subjects and subjectivity,and clarifies that teachers are still irreplaceable in teaching.It demonstrates the different roles of teachers and students in reading.Students are the main body of reading and teachers are the main body of teaching.The two are not antagonistic,but should be a two-way relationship of mutual achievement and learning. The second chapter is about the role of teachers in reading teaching.This chapter discusses it from two aspects:the grasp of teaching materials and the teaching level.In the teaching of reading,teachers should grasp the textbook from a macro perspective,understand the writing intention of the textbook as a whole,understand the correspondence between the textbook and the curriculum standard,understand the arrangement structure of the textbook in parallel,correctly grasp the unit combination of the textbook,and deeply analyze the stylistic features in the textbook.At the teaching level,teachers should set teaching objectives based on core literacy,make teaching design based on learning task groups,implement teaching process with students as the main body,and adhere to the principle of diversification to complete teaching evaluation. The third chapter is the case practice in the actual reading teaching.This chapter selects two examples of a single reading-"Lin Jiaotou Fengxue Mountain Temple" and the whole book reading-"A Dream of Red Mansions".In the case of the reading teaching of "Lin Jiaotou Fengxue Mountain Temple",this chapter shows the teaching from four aspects: the overall grasp,the formulation of teaching objectives,the teaching design with task group as the core,and the diversified teaching evaluation.In the whole book reading teaching case of "Dream of Red Mansions". At the end of the article,the author summarizes the research and hopes to offer some valuable suggestions for the teaching of reading at the front line.
