新文科背景下我国图书馆学本科专业人才培养方案优化研究

【摘要】 2020年11月,教育部发布《新文科建设宣言》,标志着新文科建设的全面部署和启动。新文科建设强调立德树人、文理相通、学科交叉、跨界融合,着力推动哲学社会科学与科技革命共融互通,不断提升国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力。可以说,新文科建设是新时代高等文科教育发展和人才培养的一次质量革命。对于图书馆学专业来说,新文科建设为图书馆学的学科建设与教育变革提供了绝佳机遇,也带来巨大挑战,若图书馆学专业在新文科背景下不积极主动进行教育模式的变革,错失良机,那么在学科建设发展道路上便会处于落后状态,甚至有被时代淘汰的风险。因此,如何积极响应新文科建设的号召,提升图书馆学专业教育质量,培养出满足社会需求的应用型、复合型人才,成为教育界与图书馆学学界共同关注的议题。而人才培养质量的保障与提升离不开科学合理的人才培养方案。因此,在新文科背景下,对当前图书馆学本科专业人才培养方案的设置现状展开相关研究尤为重要。 本研究首先通过文献研究法对新文科、人才培养方案等相关概念进行界定,梳理新文科以及新文科背景下图书馆学本科专业人才培养相关研究现状,并归纳新文科建设对图书馆学本科专业人才培养提出的要求。然后,运用内容分析法对我国目前开设图书馆学本科专业的院校的人才培养方案进行分析,总结图书馆学本科专业在招生模式、培养目标、学制学分、毕业要求、课程设置等方面的现实情况。最后,对新文科背景下图书馆学本科专业人才培养方案现存问题进行归纳,并基于成果导向教育理念和协同理论的指导提出新文科背景下我国图书馆学本科专业人才培养方案的具体优化策略。 通过对我国高校图书馆学本科专业人才培养方案的内容分析发现,在新文科背景下我国图书馆学本科专业人才培养方案目前存在培养目标设置不够精准、毕业要求设定趋于同质化、课程结构有待进一步完善、课程体系交叉融合深度不足以及实践教学环节开展形式较为单一等问题。针对人才培养方案现存问题,我国开设图书馆学本科专业的各院校可以从完善培养目标和毕业要求的设计、优化课程结构和课程体系的设置、推进校企协同育人实践教学模式以及建立人才培养方案常态更新机制四个方面对我国图书馆学本科专业人才培养方案进行优化。

【Abstract】 In November 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Declaration on the Construction of New Liberal Arts,marking the full deployment and launch of the new liberal arts construction.The new liberal arts construction emphasizes the cultivation of people with virtue,the interconnection of arts and sciences,the interdisciplinary and cross-border integration,and focuses on promoting the co-integration and interoperability of philosophy and social sciences with the scientific and technological revolution,and continuously improving the national cultural soft power and Chinese cultural influence.It can be said that the construction of new liberal arts is a quality revolution in the development of higher liberal arts education and talent cultivation in the new era.For the librarianship major,the new liberal arts construction provides excellent opportunities and great challenges for the discipline construction and education change of librarianship.If the librarianship major does not actively carry out the change of education mode in the background of the new liberal arts and misses the good opportunity,it will be in a backward state in the development of discipline construction and even risk to be eliminated by the times.Therefore,how to actively respond to the call for the construction of new liberal arts,improve the quality of education of library science majors,and cultivate applied and composite talents to meet the needs of society has become a common concern of the education and library science communities.The guarantee and improvement of talent cultivation quality cannot be achieved without a scientific and reasonable talent cultivation program.Therefore,under the background of new liberal arts,it is especially important to conduct a study on the current situation of talent training programs for undergraduate librarianship. This study first defines the concepts of new liberal arts and talent cultivation program through literature research method,sorts out the status quo of research on new liberal arts and talent cultivation of undergraduate library majors in the context of new liberal arts,and summarizes the requirements of new liberal arts construction on talent cultivation of undergraduate library majors.Then,the content analysis method is applied to analyze the talent cultivation programs of the institutions currently offering undergraduate majors in library science in China,and summarize the realistic situation of undergraduate majors in library science in terms of enrollment mode,cultivation objectives,academic system credits,graduation requirements,curriculum settings,etc.Finally,we summarize the existing problems of talent cultivation programs of undergraduate library science majors under the background of new liberal arts,and propose specific optimization strategies of talent cultivation programs of undergraduate library science majors in China under the background of new liberal arts based on the guidance of result-oriented education concept and synergy theory. Through analyzing the content of the talent cultivation programs of undergraduate librarianship majors in Chinese colleges and universities,we find that the current talent cultivation programs of undergraduate librarianship majors in China under the background of new liberal arts have problems such as imprecise setting of cultivation objectives,homogenization of graduation requirements,further improvement of curriculum structure,insufficient depth of cross-fertilization of curriculum system,and single form of practical teaching link.In view of the existing problems of talent training program,the institutions offering undergraduate library science majors in China can optimize the talent training program of undergraduate library science majors in China in four aspects: improving the design of training objectives and graduation requirements,optimizing the curriculum structure and setting of curriculum system,promoting the practical teaching mode of school-enterprise collaborative education and establishing the mechanism of regular updating of talent training program.
