Configure how your board estimates and tracks work
To configure the board and any of its settings, you must be either:
a space administrator for the location of the board
a board administrator for the board

When configuring a board, you can set whether work items are estimated in story points, time estimate work items, and how progress is tracked throughout your sprint. This process differs for company-managed and team-managed spaces.
To configure space estimates for company-managed space:
This setting can only be changed for company-managed scrum teams.
Next to your board’s name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Board settings.
Select Estimation from the left-side menu.
Adjust the estimation settings as you desire.
Use the Estimation method dropdown to change how work items are estimated on your board.
Enable Time tracking if you’d like to use a different method to track progress on your board. It’s common for teams to estimate work then track progress using two different methods.
Selecting None uses what you’ve defined as the Estimation method to track progress.
Selecting Remaining estimate and time spent tracks progress by subtracting the value from the Time spent field from the original estimate. Find out about logging time to work items.
To configure space estimates for team-managed spaces:
Estimation isn’t enabled by default in team-managed spaces. Enabling estimation causes several changes that you should be aware of before doing it. Find out about the changes that happen when enabling estimation in team-managed spaces.
Navigate to your relevant team-managed space.
Next to the name of your space in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings.
Select Features on the left menu, and turn on Estimation.
Select whether to use Story points or Time.
