- Request changes to IP address ranges for your subscriptions
- Upload OpenURL link resolver URL and logo
You can register for a portal account free of charge. Read on to find out how and to check your eligibility.

- an authorised librarian

How to apply
You can apply for a librarians' portal account in two ways:

Unfortunately not; we advise that you use the URL lists, which include sustainable links that will help in future redirections and minimise broken links. You should be able to easily access volumes and latest issues from these pages.
