Remove jon-jinja confwiki frontend templates

This was missed in commit 5507e11db6c8588d490ae16c11af018ecfb734dc which
only handled confreg, but they are both rendered the same way so these
templates are no longer used.
template/confwiki/signup.html [deleted file] blob | blame | history
template/confwiki/wikipage.html [deleted file] blob | blame | history
template/confwiki/wikipage_edit.html [deleted file] blob | blame | history
template/confwiki/wikipage_history.html [deleted file] blob | blame | history
PostgreSQL Europe specific website parts (needs pgeu-system in order to work).
