Remove ConnInfo.drivers.onlyread and ConnInfo.drivers.conn_settings.

Remove ConnInfo.drivers.onlyread and ConnInfo.drivers.conn_settings.
They are rather confusing and we can use ConnInfo.onlyread and ConnInfo.conn_settings.
