Change the pgpool.service and sysconfig files to output Pgpool-II log.

Removeing "Type=forking" and add OPTS=" -n" to
run Pgpool-II with non-daemon mode, because we need to redirect logs.
Using "journalctl" command to see Pgpool-II systemd log.
