Add EOT format of fa fonts

This was done in pgweb at a0583746, but should be done here as well to
serve the browsers with what they primarily ask for.

django/media/webfonts/fa-regular-400.eot [new file with mode: 0644]
django/media/webfonts/fa-solid-900.eot [new file with mode: 0644]
